As this is completely understandable, I will give you the extra day! Just make sure you also turn in the other trucks you painted along with it.

Re: ARLA Tornado Alley Truck Series *Season complete!*
- Spoiler:
- Disastrous Debut At Milwaukee For Cambridge
Tom Cambridge, the 49-year old from Kansas, limped his battered #52 Mid-America Motorsports Saar home in 11th, the last truck on the lead lap for the ALRA Tornado Alley Truck Series Saar 80 at the Milwaukee Mile. He was involved in 3 of the 7 cautions during the 80 lap race, which resulted in both the hood and back-end of the truck to be removed.
"Obviously, we had our fair share of problems in turn 2. I came up to a truck faster than I thought and ran into the back of him. That's my fault. The second caution was also my fault, as I came out of 4... and I just hooked the #79. Lastly, once that one truck got scooped onto it's roof, it was hit by I think Whullen, and I was right behind him with nowhere to go. I'm just glad to finish and gain some points. We'll go get them next week, but this weekend was really damn hard on my wallet," stated a frustrated Cambridge after the race.
Tom now sits 11th in points, where he finished, 43 points behind points leader Michael White.
(OOC: Also, thanks to BBoy and Nate for getting my truck into the field. )
Re: ARLA Tornado Alley Truck Series *Season complete!*
- Spoiler:
Heffernan Okay After Wild Ride
Billy Heffernan was able to climb out of his wrecked truck under his own power after going for a wild ride during the opening round of the ARLA Tornado Alley Truck Series at Milwaukee.
"Well, we were wrecked by Underwood being impatient, so that alone was going to ruin our day" Heffernan said later, "but people need to listen to their spotters and not turn a wrecked car onto its lid in front of other cars."
Officials deemed the accident a racing incident, as there was no way to determine if the 64 came down on the 92, or if the 92 moved up.
Heffernan was scored in 18th place, and did not score points.

I don't feel this needs a spoiler...
TRT to "Play it Conservative" in Round Two
After being spun and lightly tapping the inside wall in the Saar 80, The Racing Team Owners said that the minimal damage they took was a serious risk to their operation, and that they would probably have to "play it conservative" in the Grundy County 100. There's no word on what this means, but reports are that they may not run the whole race in the next round. There have been no comments made by Bubba Barwell thus far.

Re: ARLA Tornado Alley Truck Series *Season complete!*
- Spoiler:
- Cambridge Contempt With 7th at Grundy
After a rather mediocre performance at the Milwaukee Mile, the first race of the 2012 ARLA Tornado Alley Trucks Series, Tom Cambridge knew that he had to step up his game. He believes that he took a step in the right direction in making himself a possible championship contender.
"7th at a place like this is a pretty big deal. There were a lot of wrecks and foolishness out there, but we made it through. I would also like to thank the dumbass who held up the entire field under caution. The genius nearly busted our radiator. Anyway, we also tangled with the #36 of Jeremy Baker. I don't know what happened there, if he came up or I came down. If he wants to talk about it, I will. Other than that, a nice day here for our little team," said Cambridge.
Tom Cambridge now sits 6th in points, 49 behind points leader Michael White.

Re: ARLA Tornado Alley Truck Series *Season complete!*
- Spoiler:
- Lucy Barnton optimistic after good runs
Coming of a win and a 2nd place finish in the previous two races, Lucy Barnton believes that she can win more, and maybe even snatch the title. She claims that her team have been working their hardest to set up the trucks, so they are styled and suited to her preferences. The problem she claimed she had in the first race was the truck was too snug, and she prefers looser trucks, so that's why she has suddenly come to life. When asked about how she made the final fuel run, this was her answer;
"I saved early in the run. At first, I thought it wasn't enough since my fuel light came on half way through the last lap, but I didn't want to save to lose a potential win or top 2, so I took a risk and it payed off. That whole run, I was like 'DON'T RUN OUT DON'T RUN OUT' but we didn't, and it's another great run for our team."
Lucy Barnton currently sits 9th in points after three races.

Re: ARLA Tornado Alley Truck Series *Season complete!*
- Spoiler:
- Engine Forces Cambridge Out Late; Livid With Barwell
Tom Cambridge believed that his season would turn around after a dismal performance at Milwaukee. He scored a 7th at Grundy and he started 2nd for today's Topeka 35. He led several laps, and stayed inside the top-5 for almost the entire race. However, his engine gave way with just a couple of laps remaining, rendering him a 17th place finish.
"We had the truck to beat, or at least contend. We're close to being up front with the rest of those guys, we just need a bit of luck. Also, I can't believe that they can let that #50 just make laps out there when he is significantly slower than the rest of the field. Does ARLA enforce a minimum speed rule? Oh well, I'm glad that I turned that jackwaggon, even if I did loose the lead. Anyway, we'll be better than ever next week," said a pretty disgruntled Cambridge. He later stormed off to his trailer.
Cambridge now sits 15th in points thanks to today's retirement, 101 points behind leader Cleophus McGill.

Re: ARLA Tornado Alley Truck Series *Season complete!*
Finally, after extreme amounts of procrastinating, here it is!
RACE 4: Zoopy Juice 100
On the pole was the #36 of Jeremy Baker with the #92 of Billy Heffernan on his outside. Right as the leaders hit the line, Dale Underwood makes an ambitious move in between the leaders and ends up causing a pileup in the first corner of the first lap! Fortunately, no one went out of the race and not too many trucks sustained much damage. The field was mixed up by the pileup, and it put Jimmy Quinn in the lead on the lap 7 restart. Matt Pearson hit pit road immediately coming to the restart, and a lap later Jeremy Baker would hit the pits. Samantha Spires would try to do the same but ended up driving into the pit wall, sending her out of the race. However, this didn't bring out a caution. Daniel Edwards had assumed the lead from Quinn, but on lap 11, he would be held up by the always slow Jack Fischer and he would lose the lead to Cleophus McGill. By lap 21, Fischer had already fallen 3 laps down. On lap 23, the 2nd caution would fly when Barry Spengler wanted nothing to do with Fischer and punted him going into turn 1. Avoiding the wreck, the trucks of Stacie St. Martin, Tom Cambridge, and Bubba Barwell would spin on the apron, but none of them had damage. The leaders hit pit road on this caution, and Jimmy Quinn was back out in front for the lap 29 restart. Just a few laps later, Jack Fischer would toy with the leaders again, and Scott Whullen nabbed the lead. On lap 39, Jack Fischer was going to go another lap down, however a train developed behind his truck. In the midst of this train, Elmer Farley was hooked by Quinn and sent into the front of the train, wiping out everybody but the leader Whullen! Everyone else behind the train had nowhere to go but into the crash. It appeared that Bubba Barwell was going to avoid the incredible pileup, but Dale Underwood forgot what a brake pedal was and plowed into the back of his truck. Whullen would lead on the restart. Benedict Starbuck who made it up into the top 3 was sent up the track by McGill into Fischer, but this didn't bring out the next yellow. The next yellow would be caused by guess who, Dale Underwood, who decides he isn't done with Barwell and spins him on the frontstretch into Lucy Barnton. Polesitter Jeremy Baker would have nowhere to go but into Barwell, taking both trucks out of the race. Whullen would continue with the lead on lap 53, but on the next lap, Quinn would race his way back into the lead. On lap 76, Quinn continued to hold a small lead over Whullen and McGill, but a debris caution would fly on lap 83. With 13 laps to go, Quinn would lead on the restart, but only Whullen could keep up with him. Unfourtanately for Whullen, he wouldn't get the chance to challenge Quinn as a caution on lap 95 would end the race. In a battle for 10th, Barry Spengler would be dumped on the frontstretch by Matt Pearson. Despite all this, it was all smiles for Jimmy Quinn who would score his 2nd win in a row at I-70!

Re: ARLA Tornado Alley Truck Series *Season complete!*
Cambridge Upset After I-70
It was another disappointing run for the Mid-America Motorsports #52 at the I-70 Speedway in Odessa, Missouri. A dismal qualifying run put Tom Cambridge back to 19th for the start of the race. Things did not get better for him. He managed to get swept up in incidents not of his own doing, but was able to salvage a 13th place finish, the last truck running at the end of the race.
"So damn sick 'n tired of some of these morons who can't drive worth nuthin'! [Dale] Underwood was all over the place costing thousands of dollars in damages and it's the same bozos each week that are 20 mph off the pace wrecking everyone else's *expletive*. Things don't get no better next week. It's Bowman Gray Stadium. The freaking Madhouse!" exclaimed Cambridge as he then walked down pit road to meet with his truck and team at his hauler.
Tom Cambridge now sits 12th in points, 141 points behind points leader Jimmy Quinn, who has won the last two races in a row.
Barwell Finally Breaks Silence, Nobody is Able to Understand Him
In attendance despite not racing at Bowman Gray, Bubba Barwell finally decided to talk to someone.
"'Bah gawd, it's 'bout tahme sumone dun' talk to me! They dun' closed the suwee piggy piggy bar and bah gawd I'm gettin' hungry!"
Everyone around Barwell shook their heads and looked at each other wondering "What the hell did he just say?". All this while Barwell scratched his ass and displayed horrible etiquette, which isn't too surprising at this point.
OOC: I'm portraying him as an ultra-hick. The misspellings are intentional, as the person who interviewed him is now scarred for life.

Cambridge Extends Miserable Streak at Bowman Gray
If you said that tonight's Madhouse 100 at Bowman Gray Stadium was a complete disaster for Tom Cambridge, he would probably agree with you. This is, if he was in a talking mood.
"I hate this track. Good bye," was all Cambridge said, as he left the stadium before the crashfest was over.
Cambridge fell out midway through the race after being involved in many accidents. He finally decided to call it quits and pull the truck into pit road, rendering him a 16th place finish. He now sits tied for 16th in points with Dale Underwood, 193 points behind points leader Cleophus McGill.

Despite Quinn having 3 wins, he had 4 DNF's.

6th place in points and a win at Hallett is really good considering how bad the start of the season was for Cambridge.

When does the new season start? I'd love to get involved.

When the Owner of the Series reminds us. Also you should get started in some of the Minor Leagues like this one, its just to get you noticed more often before getting to the bigger TM-Canon Leagues.

Or when the guy who's running the 2013 season makes this post.
On a serious note, I'll post all the necessary information soon, as I'm still working out some details, but for now, if you wish to participate in the new season, head here and sign up your team and driver in the unconfirmed team chart.

*Takes look at unconfirmed team chart*
*Happy to see Lycoia popular with more teams than expected*
Lycoia (and by extension Lenard) vs SAAR in the ATATS, hopefully we'll have more manufacturers joining the battle.

Yep. All you have to do is sign up for TMPedia and you'll be able to edit the pages.

Re: ARLA Tornado Alley Truck Series *Season complete!*
(This is the story attached to my ATATS entry.)
Midwest Pride Racing to return to ATATS in '13; Changes to be made
MPR officially submitted their petition to just the ATATS in 2013. This past season the driver of MPR's #15 was criticized for his driving as a result, Jack Fischer, was removed from the truck and will now move to a more management roll with the team. Jack's brother Steve will now run the entry.
Steve, 25, from Saginaw, Michigan, has experience in the Michigan Short Track Series (MSTS) where is the defending champion of the series and has 12 career feature wins.
