Doesn't matter, Tally's finish will be just like Daytona. Car leading at white will be leading at checked 'cause everyone else will be to busy racing each other to make a move.

Well there will at least some genuine fun/excitement whether it be draft fun and game and or driver's trying to hard.day500champ1 wrote:Alta wrote:Don't worry kids, Tally's just the week after this,

Meh, Richmond. Used to be something when there was legit two wide racing between cars for 20-30 laps at a time

For some reason I think this race will be a crashfest.

Richmond has had a lot of crashfests recently. In the last ten Richmond races, nine of them have had at least five cautions, seven at least ten cautions, and two with fifteen cautions.

Why did Cole Whitt think driving the #74 was a good idea?

Yeah, but it's a start & park ride. It ruins his credibility when he's already driving a good Nationwide car.

Absolutely. Compared to the races in the last few weeks, this race was great. There was so much action in the end of this race. The caution during green flag stops that shook up the running order, Carl jumping the start, the 10 lap green flag shootout right at the end. Yeah, Kyle Busch won, but who cares, that was fantastic!

I wouldn't say they rigged it as much as they missed the ball. They only reason I see the penalty being acceptable is if Tony was the leader on the restart. Anybody who disagrees with me that Edwards didn't jump the restart, watch Logano and Ambrose. Logano jumps the same time Edwards did.

day500champ1 wrote:Kyle's pit crew won him that race. That being said nice job Kyle.
Yeah, that's what it looked like. Also looked to me as if the tires are too hard; don't wear out, and not enough grip.
Re: 2012 Richmond 400 - NASCAR Sprint Cup Series
Missed the race again. Called a good portion of the top 10 once again.
Seriously has to be the worst start to a Nascar season i've seen. You get bizarre crap at Daytona and the rest of the season has been lackluster.

I wasnt reffering to the penalty. I'm more disgusted that the final caution that decided the race was for a plastic bottle....day500champ1 wrote:conrail1990 wrote:Too bad Nascar had to rig the outcome.flyingturns89 wrote:That was one of the best races we've had in a while. That was awesome!

And I would have to force myself to stay up until 2-4 in the morning to watch the F1 races when they are in the Pacific Coast.

I applaud Dale Jr for coming 2nd. It just shows that breaking his winless streak will not be a difficult thing to do

You never know, it may happen 7 days later at Talladega.

Doesn't really matter anyway. It's the same people who complain about it week in and week out. Kyle and Jr. could've finished the way Kurt and Denny did in the Nationwide race Friday night and they still would've found something to complain about.
Re: 2012 Richmond 400 - NASCAR Sprint Cup Series
I only saw the last 7 laps. But i was just about right on the top 10 yet again. It just feels like some teams (Hendrick/Stewart-Hass/Roush/MWR) are miles ahead of everyone else.PKligBKFan wrote:What was so bad about this race? We saw fairly good racing yesterday...
The main thing i hear is it was a pretty typical Richmond race with not a lot of excitement, plus Nascar pulling LOLDEBRIS at the end.
