What is the best & worst Nr2003 Mod?

my thoughts r that cup is the best and i dont have a worst...what do u guys think?

For me the best mod has to be Cup11s, considering I got the 2012 Sprint Cup Carset for it. To be fair I don't hate any mod at all, I just like any mod I have on NR2003.

They get better every year

I despise the 2011/2012 Bullring mod.

In all honesty, one of my favorite mods is the Brazilian Stock Car mod. Shame it never gets used for anything.

Worst mod in my opinion is the RNR COT Mod... got EVERYTHING wrong.

Literally, he blew up all offline league section. I had three years of hard work, and what happened, and its all gone. Also, now he un-banned everybody, and I personally think is because the site may die due to the amount of people banned.

But returning to the mod subject:
Best: DMR11/12 = The best that I've seen so far.
Worst: The first COT mod. The car was ok, but that spoiler......

Best Mods IMHO:

Now we can relate these things to the cars we see everyday either on the showroom floor or the streets, like the Chevy SS as either civilian or police cruiser -as they have now in most states and jurisdictions including Puerto Rico......but not as a pace car though-
