As soon as they said that I was like, "yeah until you get back from commercial."

I will go beserk if Tony Stewart wins this race. I can't even count how many times he has won it in the past.

really? did they really just wreck the entire top 10 coming to the line? that's a bigger fail than any this whole weekend so far, lol

Dammit, of all people, Buescher?
The hell? And the whole top 10 wrecks themselves. Based on the truck race and now the Nationwide race, I have a feeling the 500 will end very similarly.

I've been watching NASCAR my whole life. I think that's the first time I've seen the entire top 10 wiped out coming out of turn 4 on the last lap and the 11th place driver passes them all to win the race.

Re: 2012 Drive4COPD 300-Nationwide Series
That was insane. Both the Busch brothers AND Danica wrecked AND Buescher won?! Great race, as far as I am concerned, at least in that regard.

Re: 2012 Drive4COPD 300-Nationwide Series
As a race, with professional drivers in it, that was a failfest. They couldn't do more than 20 laps without punting someone into the wall, and then the #1 car blocks the entire top 10 into the wall. It's no wonder other racing series' consider themselves superior to Nascar. They can at least avoid running each other over every ten minutes. If I was a Nationwide series driver I would be embarrassed to have been involved in such a race

Re: 2012 Drive4COPD 300-Nationwide Series
I'm having a hard time figuring out what the hell Kurt was thinking. Why did he even move up? He crowds Lagano, who in turn trying to avoid contact then crowds Stewart and into the wall everyone goes. "New Kurt" my ass. Seriously, he is making his brother look more and more mature then he is with all this crap going on.
Gosh, what the hell has happened to Speedweeks? First The Duel, then Trucks and now Nationwide.

Re: 2012 Drive4COPD 300-Nationwide Series
Its not everyday you can actually say the ARCA race was actually better then most of the Speedweeks races (so far anyway). They had more cautions and big ones in both the Trucks and Nationwide races then they did in the entire ARCA race and thats when you count them seperately.
Re: 2012 Drive4COPD 300-Nationwide Series
Don't know if it's totally Kurt's fault. Pretty bold move by Tony Stewart to come up the track when there's no room.

Re: 2012 Drive4COPD 300-Nationwide Series
There was enough room to fit Stewart and Sadler outside of them before Busch pulled his lepage-ish move on the entire top ten. And you can't blame Stewart when it was Sadler who was pushing him. Had Sadler jumped out of the gas they wouldn't have gone to the outside.flyingturns89 wrote:Don't know if it's totally Kurt's fault. As far as I could tell, Stewart barely had any room before Busch came up. Probably would have the wall either way, taken a couple cars with him. Did Kurt help? Absolutely not, but he shouldn't get full blame for it.

LOL. Yeah, it was all his fault. You don't block someone up into the wall like that. He may not have known that Stewart was coming fast, but seriously, he should've known that he would've lost anyway if they didn't crash like that. He had no momentum compared to anyone else there at the time.

The Busch brothers were hugging the inside line with Logano and Bayne side-drafting very closely. There was a ton of room until Kurt starting pushing up to block. Absolutely not Stewart's fault.

Awesome. Buescher wins his first Nationwide race! And look at that, the Curtis Troll Racers get a top-15. (I give credit to Josh Wise)
Also, kinda hard to avoid the car in front of you when the car in front of you suddenly checks up and you have no communication with any other driver.
