So assuming nobody goes all Joey Logano and causes drama this weekend, we should have two calm races in America's heartland. This is the first race weekend of the Round of 12 in the Xfinity Chase.

Notes:
* CWTS regular Jennifer Slow Jo Cobb returns to racing the cars as she makes an appearance in the 25 for Rick Ware.
* NXS Cuppies: Austin Dillon (2), Kyle Busch (18), Joey Logano (22), Kyle Larson (42), Regan Smith (88).
* No Obaika cars on the NXS entry list, but expect them to show up.
* Erik Jones will make his 100th career Nationwide/Xfinity start this weekend.

Welp, I'll be going to the Cup race.

Happy birthday Morgan Shepherd! He'll be racing this week (hopefully) at the tender young age of 75.

How do people keep watching Xfinity???

Because the Chase has actually made things somewhat interesting despite the weekly Cuppie rofl-stomping.

Also one of the few different guys in Nascar is a title contender. That's my reasons at least. (Even though i haven't watched Xfinity in like 4 weeks.)

Well thanks to Comcast, but I missed the last 30 laps. Saw Harvick won. This chase has got to be one of the worst in the history of the chase in my opinion.

Hinestly I feel like xfinity had a slight improvement this year.

Well, that was something. I'm okay with Harvick winning the race seeing as how he has done well all race and did what he needed to do after last week. That race ticket was worth it.
