RealTomDelgado: We are here! After a brief stopover at the track to drop off the cars for the Dash Cup races, we've made it to Lake Gooi itself.

RealTomDelgado: The moment I've been waiting for...let's put this boat in the water and show the world my greatness!

RealTomDelgado: @KyleGaffigan was too much of a wimp to get on the boat, so it's just me. Making progress along the lake at 50 MPH at the moment. The real speed will come before sundown, I promise!

KyleGaffigan: Paramedics are on standby for when you inevitably screw this up, Tom.

1 hour later.....
RealTomDelgado: SITREP - We're done for now. Hit a top speed of around 85 MPH, but we've brought the boat back to the dock. We'll head out again later tonight for some high speed fun.

RealTomDelgado: No damage to the boat, at least none I can see. The local mechanics will give it a once-over just incase I missed something, which is unlikely.

RealTomDelgado: Afterwards, I'll be grilling as well. Everybody in the Dash Cup paddock is invited. Come see some serious sea-faring speed, and stay for the food too

KyleGaffigan: I can't believe it. He had this smug smile on his face when he got back on the dock. He also wasn't on fire like I had hoped he would be.

BenAtkins50: @CloudSportTV No and no. There are still many rides for the grads to take in the series, and I know a couple of big names might be announcing that they're not coming back soon.

BenAtkins50: @CloudSportTV Aspira Juniors is also NOT in trouble by any means. There is a LOT of young talent coming through the field. ATK Racing will be fielding two rookies this year. Series will be fine.

BenAtkins50: Rookie Class will be the strongest in 2017. Lots of already proven names making their starts.
