packer71: @BradleyCarlisle7 My team was apart of the Trucks last year as well. The difference is we have what most teams today don't have, and that's great resource management, not to mention brilliant engineers. Yes, there are occasions when we have an engine failure, but compared to the other teams, our engines our among the most reliable in the business, because that's what we pride our team on, and it's one of the main reasons we've become as successful as we have. And we did so without blowing through our resources like most teams today seem to do. Resource management, kids. It's a good thing to practice.

BradleyCarlisle7: @packer71 Desert Star have got good resource management as well. Hence, the fact they've been able to open NRC and NDTC teams. They have talented drivers, look at @RichlerCait and @TammyBarnton83, but what I don't get is that in 2012 they were able to be 1 point off the title, 2013 they took the title, and then in 2014 they went part time? There's something up there, you know?

Cassandra02: @BradleyCarlisle7 Nope, @packer71 is right. The reason they were able to get you that NDTC win, they were able to get @RichlerCait a fast car in NRC and the reason they nearly topped pole quals at Texas World? They have their eggs in the wrong basket.

LucyBarnton200: @BradleyCarlisle7 If you think the team care about the trucks now, you have another thing coming. They've been there, dominated it for the prior two years, and given the drivers to other teams. They want to dominate in other places now.

RG-IDI-86: Don't know how many of you guys follow drag racing but the HRA {OCC: since there isn't an NHRA equivalent in the TM Cannon, this is my substitute HRA=Hot Rodders Association}. Tire blew off a Pro-Stock car and the driver went for quite a ride.

Duckman28: @BenAtkins50 The street courses aren't the problem. Some of these drivers need to learn that you can't go peeling off into some of these turns like you can on an oval. There's a certain amount of finesse that comes with racing on street courses. Besides, there's only two street courses on the schedule: Long Beach and Belle Isle, so I really don't see the issue here.

Duckman28: @BenAtkins50 And if you want to go as far as saying late models don't belong on street course, then I'd argue the same thing about them off-road trucks, except I think the off-road trucks are less plausible than the late models. To each their own, I guess.
