IndyCar - Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio
Scott Dixon's three-race winning streak has been sitting idle for almost three weeks now, as IndyCar heads into a stretch that will include over a month off between Baltimore and the Houston doubleheader. Dixon, Helio, and, though he's not a not-so-hot streak lately, RHR are pretty much the only three left battling for the title.
Dixon loves Mid-Ohio, winning here four times, including the last two years, with last year's race being horribly dull.
Oriol Servia hops back in the Panther car for this weekend, with Ryan Briscoe replacing Wally Dallenbach in the NBC Sports Network booth, which will make things completely unlistenable after Steve Matchett's presence in Toronto added a lot of strength.

Man, Kimball has been really on it today. I hope he can hang on to win.

Awesome race. Strategy was the name of the game an it was a legitimately interesting fight throughout,
KIMBALLLL!!! Fantastic race ran by Kimball and well deserved win. Great story and publicity for Indycar as well.

DIABEETUS DIABEETUS!
Pretty solid race today. Helluva strategy by Kimball's team, and how about that pass on Pagenaud to take the lead back. Showed you how much he wanted to win. Good win, Kimball. Well deserved.
The tool of the race is without a doubt E.J. Viso. What... the... f**k... were... you... thinking?! When you're a lap down and there are cars behind you that are racing for the win, how about getting out of the way and not affecting the outcome of the race? Seriously, that was the dumbest thing Viso has done this season.
The biggest surprise was Helio finishing ahead of Dixon. Considering Dixon's track record at Mid-Ohio, the fact that Dixon wasn't even a contender today was surprising, and the fact that he finished behind Helio is even more shocking. Helio is in prime position to win his first title with 5 races to go.
Oh, by the way, this race went caution free. Not bad.
The Honda Indy 200 @ Mid-Ohio gets a 6.0/10.

I was watching from the first part of Madness (Esses) and saw the last few laps from the bottom of Thunder Valley. Kimball drove brilliantly.
As for Viso, I didn't realize he was lapped (I couldn't see the scoreboard) until late in the race, but he was driving like a tool. I actually througt he was on some weird fuel strategy.

Good racing overall. Congrats Kimball. And reject of the race: E.J. Viso.

Good for Charlie. Now's he's known as an IndyCar Series winner, instead of "That guy with diabetes", or "The last guy JR Hildebrand passed before he blew the 2011 Indy 500".

Kimball winning was bound to happen, especially after the show he put at Pocono, and I have a feeling this isn't going to be the last time we'll see Beetus in Victory Lane.
