87 - Joe Nemechek (I've heard many people say that NEMCO doesn't plan on parking Cup events to fund Nationwide events anymore, and last Sunday was a good start. Nevertheless, I'm of the idea that "I'll believe it when I see it", so they go into the questionable category until I see them make full race efforts for at least half the season.)
98 - Michael McDowell (Again, I'll believe Parsons not wanting to park anymore when I see his car run the distance in more than half the events. Part of me wants to believe that McDowell will get his chance to shed that "McFailure" name, but another part of me thinks that Parsons is pocketing the profits from the 500 and will continue to park regularly.)

It's not that unlikely, actually.

Scott Speed qualified 28th last week, and Mike Bliss was ahead of Danica as well last week. So the possibility is there.

Kasey Khane is driving the most obviously illegal car I've ever seen. In fact, the 48 seems to have some unfair advantage as well. Either that or the gen 6 is total bullshit.

Nope, not missing anything. Ambrose just missed the pit entrance and NASCAR used it as an excuse for one of their pseudo-phantom yellows.

Although, to be fair, my friend did say his words were a bit muffled with his head so far up his own ass.

He would've had him in turn 3 and 4 with 5 to go, but the car didn't stick. Kenseth with great win. I agree with you though Ike. It was a decent race.

Not sure how to feel about this one. Missed 100+ laps, a bit quiet in stuff i watched until at the end. Good finish, good battle for the win.

Kenseth wins. THE MOTOR DOESN'T BLOW WAT. Held off Kahne who by far the best car in the field.

Pretty tame race.

I really don't understand what was so great about it. It had a pretty decent finish, and I'll admit the pit strategy got pretty interesting at times, but on the whole, it looked like just another follow-the-leader cookie-cutter race.

Still not that convinced with the Gen6, but it's a little bit of a step-up from the COT, which is what NASCAR was hoping for. Bristol next week, which should test how well cars can run with damage hopefully Razz

I was out while the race was going on, but I managed to catch the last fifty laps on the radio (I applaud PRN for only mentioning Danica once in that time frame). The way they were racing each other, I was thinking it was going to be Rockingham 2004 all over again. Smile
