I think the second one, because it creates more diversity in the ratings.

12, 9, 3, -3 wins the vote on tiebreaker. All ratings will be due February 4. Send them either to my PM box or my email address (kabala027 AT comcast DOT net). Either way, make the subject line TMMC RATINGS in all caps so I know what it is beforehand.

Hmm, it appears the size of EFR PM boxes caused some people's ratings to not get to me.

Check your outbox and sentbox to see if there's a ratings message there. If there is, I got it, if not, I didn't. If I didn't get it, resend it.

No, this means you send in ratings and the people painting your car (me) will send in the car as a psd or something.

You send in the weighted ratings you want for each category, the car ratings however will remain as what I weighted them as, seeing your driver is going to attempt to drive a car from my team, you just send in the driver ratings, not the car ratings.

Base ratings for 2013 have been posted, just in case anyone is interested. I can't remember the 2012 ones off the top of my head but the 2013 ones are pretty similar. The vast multitude of cars in Class 3, especially early in the season, will make things very interesting.

I believe I saw them in my inbox but I didn't open it early lest I forget to do it later, because what I prefer doing is adding everyone's ratings at once.

I'll probably add everyone that's in my inbox when I get home, so don't fret.

I may be slow on painting some of the cars (and I have to admit, the Volpi liveries suck and I may redo them midway through the season), but I'll get it in gear.
