You never filled out the request form. Anyone who tried to paint your cars would have no idea what you want. Packer posted the link in your request thread

Also, painting cars well takes time. I can spend anywhere from 45 minutes to 2+ hours on one car, depending on the complexity of the paint scheme and the mod being painted. To fulfill your request could take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours. Not to mention that most of us are also working and going to school, along with balancing our personal lives. Painting can be difficult. That's why the forum says "please allow one week".

I did filled out the request form. It is under request line.
