Making Pace Cars for NR2003 Default Cup Mod
Other than using a template from this site is there any specific process I need to do when creating a custom pace car? (Of course this is regarding the Lycoia Brute, which Ive been itching to make into a pace car version)

well if you're itching I recommend seeing a doctor rather than try to paint a pacecar.....gwoodard41 wrote:Other than using a template from this site is there any specific process I need to do when creating a custom pace car? If you're going to get the thing in-game you need to make it a .mip file. Which means you're going to need WinMIP to convert the flat.

Don't ask me how to use it; I don't have any idea.

I got the thing converted using a different program, now I'm editing the series cup.dat file to switch out the pace cars.

You really don't need to modify the .dat file. If you simply put the new mips into the same folder as the series' .dat file, it will read them.
Think that's how I did it a while back anyway.
