Looking for NYC Road Course by NFF if anyone has it

So, I was looking through the archived version of NFF's website when I decided to download the NYC road course, and that didn't end well, instead, I got a web hosting pop up, so I was wondering, does anyone have it?

I know I have version 5 of that track, but I think it came with its own installer (just sending the track folder will not avail much especially since I modified the track to hell).

I still have version 3 of the installer, not sure why. I'll keep looking on my machine for the last version of the track that got posted.
