Lesnar Vs. Hunt for UFC 200

I'm surprised nobody said anything on Brock returning to the UFC while under WWE contract at all.

Supposedly, there is a clause in Lesnar's contract that gives him a one-time only deal to do this.

According to Dave Meltzer from WON/F4O, Lesnar has a contract clause that allows one UFC fight, possibly more if he wants.

This is a deal made between UFC and WWE. WWE will give them Lesnar for one night, UFC will promote WWE SummerSlam on UFC 202 (which supposedly will be the UFC where a certain Phil Brooks will make his debut fight).
