Either I misread your original post or you changed it, but if Polito's is a real sponsor, then it won't be allowed in FARC. So I reworked it a bit to use the Police Dough Pizza one instead:
It's the same pizza guy with some creative edits.
I guess I don't get the idea for this one. When I think police and dough I think doughnuts not pizza. But oh well!
Don't know if anyone noticed, but the wheels are pizzas.
