Cumbica Fix

This is a track that was originally made by the guys at Team CTR, a brazilian track making team. I saw that the track had a lot of bugs and it wouldn't fit either offline or online racing. I fixed it and now is ready to go. I might do a massive edit, so it can become a street or closed roadcourse, not an airport track

General Details about the track:

Localized at the Aeroporto de Cumbica in Guarulhos, state of São Paulo, this track has two major straights that produce really fast speeds and the slower turns can produce epic overtakes throughout the course of an race, the track also has a sudden transition from 4-wide at the straights to less than a 2-wide space at the turn, which can produce first turn drama at any race.





I'll add a list of known issues so I can fix them for V2:

- Damaged cars plunge into the pit wall
- Cars can't qualify at 110% difficulty
- Tire barriers are made a little wrong (bigger than they are)
- Non AI-Drivers are blackflagged getting out of the pits

Fix for pit wall (just put in the track folder)

Just added that track (with all the corresponding fixes applied) to my main roster to give it some hot laps on all the mods i've been gathering since getting my hands on it for the first time.......
