2013 Races 44 & 45 (Rockford 200 B-Mains)

Vincenzo Fochesato: My apologies to [Maro] Adachi for that first lap wreck. I would have backed off, but Robert Leckliter was on my bumper, and I didn't get down to the inside in time.

We may not have made the 200, but at least we got to race again this week. Hopefully I can get into the All-Star race, but if not, all that's left is to prepare for next season. I feel that 2014 has some great things in store for us!

Laura Cyrus unhurt following horribly planned "attempt on life". Zins dissapears following attack.

Immediately following the first B-Main, where Zachary Zins was taken out of the lead on the last lap by Laura Cyrus, an attempt on Cyrus' life was made. According to eyewitness accounts, while she was heading to her hauler, Zachary Zins tackled her to the ground and brandished a "robot ray gun". Zins then attempted to shoot her with the gun, only to find that it didn't "work". Before security could take him down, Zins fled the scene, leaving the gun behind. The driver was last seen shouting "FASCISTS!" while driving his car away from the speedway. Authorities later announced that the gun left at the scene was in fact a toy gun.

"This has got to be the most pitiful attempt to murder someone I've ever seen." said one officer. "I don't think we even need to arrest him."

Cyrus would have nothing to say following the incident.

The New World Orphans site was later replaced entirely with a transcript of the Declaration of Independence, with much of the document replaced with nonsense about "Killbots" and "Socalist Nazi's".

Zachary Zins' whereabouts are currently unknown.
