Headlights and Tailights? Empty Headlights and Tailights?

I don't know if this was ever touched here, but I wanna know how to do headlights for an template?

You'll get good-looking lights by drawing a shape and applying a combination of the following layer styles:

-Stroke
-Bevel/Emboss (Outer, not overlapping your stroke)
-Pattern Overlay (base details)
-Gradient Overlay (Shine)
