What a shock, no Port Imperial! On another note, where did Mexico City come from?

This is the best an f1 calendar has looked in years. The return of the A1 Ring and Mexico City is awesome. The American round being that close to the end could produce some crazy racing as well.

There will be no Korean GP, almost certain, and either no Mexican or NJ GP. There will purely be 20 Grand Prix and no more than 20.

I thought Korea was for sure not happening? Also, I doubt New Jersey will happen, there's been way too little about that race going around, even taking this recent article into consideration...Milan655 wrote:There will be no Korean GP, almost certain, and either no Mexican or NJ GP. Given that you seem to have better sources than I do, which of the two (Mexico or New Jersey) would you bet on not happening?
Re: 2014 Formula 1 Schedule Draft
New Jersey is more likely to happen in my opinion, as Mexico City has gone to ruin (A good video is here, showing that the track will most likely need repaving if it were to hold F1). Then you can look at how the FIA and Bernie are treating their situation with New Jersey, they really are trying to make it happen but it's fully down to the New Jersey officials going about things in a better way than they are at present.Cynon wrote:I thought Korea was for sure not happening? Unfortunately my sources don't extend into the FIA, so my comments are purely speculated guesses based on Bernie's comments as well as a few opinions of some ex-F1 men I have spoken to.

The NJGP organizers have officially submitted their application to ACCUS:

Give it two weeks.
Re: 2014 Formula 1 Schedule Draft
Bernie's bending over backwards to make it happen. He wants an F1 race in or around New York, and he's going to get it.Spannerhead29 (Nelson) wrote:>provisionalRyanB06 wrote:http://msn.foxsports.com/speed/formula-1/2014-formula-1-schedule-announced-new-jersey-gp-listed/

Re: 2014 Formula 1 Schedule Draft
Move New Jersey back two weeks, move Austria back a week, swap Japan and Russia on the schedule, and move Russia back a week, and it will be practical.RyanB06 wrote:http://msn.foxsports.com/speed/formula-1/2014-formula-1-schedule-announced-new-jersey-gp-listed/
