Fixing the Quoting Problem
Okay, figured out how to fix it...kind of.. When you quote, to fix this there is a button (the last one in the second row), saying "Switch Editor Mode." Doing this will fix it, but the text blends with the background, because EFR runs with white text, so you need to highlight to see the text

Inserting a line break also works
