Sometimes, but I can never find a server with drivers on it on a mod I enjoy driving

The #1 problem with rFactor.
That's not a bad livery you made, but I'm always cautious before putting green and red in close proximity to each other. Maybe reverse the white and the red?
I personally didn't like the rF3 mod. If you can find it, try out the Firestone Indy Lights mod because you can powerslide those cars and they're still decent open wheelers. Dunno about painting on them though.
If you want a car that you can drive the balls off 100% of the time, try Formula Armaroli, even though the concept of horsepower is foreign to that mod, it's fun to drive. It's apparently really easy to paint on (because I found so many damn skins for it it isn't even funny).
The 2005/2006 Champ Car mod is pretty easy to paint on (there's a really good guide out there for it) and you can wheel it. If you want something like that but has even less downforce and about as much power, 1995 IndyCar is for you.
Then there's the Red Grand Prix mod, which is a fantasy F1 mod where the cars have more horsepower and downforce than actual F1 cars. Have fun hanging on to it though.
Re: F3 Rossini Sport (rFactor)
A late reply, sorry.
The livery is meant to be closely associated with Raffaele Marciello's F3 Euroseries scheme, where the Italia tri-colore are positioned beneath the red like so.
I dislike the rF3 mod as well, however I am running an edited physics model from the JF3 mod which feels much real. Personally, my favourite mod is the 1998 CART, really great representation of the series. The performance of the cars is just like it was of the age, for instance the Mercedes was a little lower on power than those surrounding it and the Penske chassis was ridiculously poor.
The 1991 Historic F1 mod is also very similar, where detail is extraordinary in the mod. You can really feel the difference between a Minardi and a Mclaren. Surprisingly, however, the Dallara is much faster than I would have expected-maybe more controllable.
Anyway, this is an F3000 I designed:

Got a good picture of that? Recreations are annoying because you can recreate a car that in real life was hideous, make it look better than the original, and find out it's not accurate.

I bolded the understatement of the year.
I heard that Neel Jani actually helped make the 2007 Champ Car mod, and he ran the DP01 in 2007, so I'd say that one is pretty dependable as well.
I love the retro-Fiat logo spoof. Something about it reminds me of BMS Scuderia Italia, hopefully not how fast it goes on track...

Marciello's car:
I think it might be a different Neel Jani, there's a Neel Jani who has created a few circuits for rFactor.
