What on Earth did I just find?

Was searching the internet and found this:

No idea who they are, where they came or what they plan to do, but from what I can piece together, it's a new part-time Cup team called Xxxtreme Motorsport, they are a new Cup team, and plan to run their #44 ADP/Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Chevrolet on a partial schedule. No idea who's driving or owning this car, but it just sort of showed up. Only way I can think to conclude this is with a LOLWUT?

At least the cup series is getting some new teams, rather than more dropping out.
