Adding decals to cars I don't have a TGAs for

OK, so there's a couple of CRL Modified Division cars where the paint schemes are staying, but they only need the CRL Global Cup decal added to them. I can't do it in the game, and I don't have the TGAs (unless one of our resident awesome painters *cough*F1V1*cough* still has said TGAs and wants to send them to me), so how would I add this logo onto these cars without the TGA?

Export the flat from the Opponent Manager and add the decals.
