Editing tracks to go from day into night

Is there any way to edit a track to go from daytime to nighttime?

Revamped Reloaded has done it. How, I don't know.

I know you have to place at least one light on the track in Sandbox, but I'm not sure what else you need to do.

I tried doing this is sandbox mode, but I got waaaaaaaaaaay too confused

Isn't there a line in the track.ini that determines day or night? Correct me if I'm wrong. If you do make the change, remember that you will need to add lights and change the shading to night in Sandbox. May also want to add a tad bit of grip and lower temperatures.

It's a street circuit, so it already has lights.
