Ike Durbin Paint Scheme Poll

Nascarboy and I each made a version of Ike Durbin's car for the Decatur One off, so, Nascarboy had an idea of setting up a poll, which version should Ike drive in the One-Off?

86A:



86B:



86C:



86C v2-1:



86C v2-2:



86C: v3:

This is just an idea, but what if you had the red front end lead to the red flames to the white back? Using white numbers. I'd like to see what that looks like since is kind of a combination of both schemes.

BTW, how long is this poll open for?

I'd actually rather like to see an amalgamation of the 2:

A's colors on B's base and A's hood logo with B's quarter logos.

Kind of prefer B's #s though.

That sounds good as well.

I would have a red to black gradient flame and have a white rear end. Make the numbers all white, the grill layout I have with the Omecha and MA02 labels visible, the Omecha label colors inverted.

Have the quarterpanel logos from both combined (setup with the logo and text from A, but the color setup of B. Keep the logos black (center), outline white and red.

Have the rear from A as the rear end logo, the way B is using space inefficiently.

The Cooper Tires logos should just be the way I have it, it matches the scheme.

I just finished a combo version, it's rendering as I type.

I hope it is a good combo.

Ooh...I might use 86C...I like how it's a combo of both schemes...I know why I like them both so well, though. 86A is like my VSCC car, and 86B is like my/day500champ1's Rockford one-off. I would like to see what the 86C is like if you turn the opacity of the flames down to about 70-80%

That would be difficult as the flame are part of the red...

Essentially, you either get pinker flames (white base) or darker red (black base) for the flames.

Okay posted both v2 and v3 of 86C

I think 86C v2 is the best...I'm going to wait a day or two so I can decide then I will send it in.

Well thank you for putting up with me and my stupidity, and creating all these different versions and renders of the 86.

And thank you, Vinny for creating the flame base that was used for the car

It's okay. And if you put up the poll, you can take it down by editing the post you put it in and going down to poll options. Just take all options away.

Nope, no options to take down the poll, a moderator or a admin would need to do that
