So, the Xfinity race was the first real test for the new stage format.

So far, I'm not impressed. That race was boring as all hell.

To be fair, it would've been the same thing without the stage system.

Maybe, but that was the reason why the stage system was created in the first place.

Clearly, it didn't work very well.

Stages won't mean anything if you got Kyle and the other who always have the best cars running rampant.

I honestly feel like it's unfair to write off the stage format after a race on a track that's known to be boring.

Hopefully the format proves to be a game changer in the future, but honestly I think it's time NASCAR also looks into making a schedule overhaul - but we all know that isn't going to happen

Obviously the real key to fixing Atlanta is a complete reconfiguration back to true-oval

Atlanta has changed their minds and will NOT repave as a request by team owners and drivers

This screams to me the next "concrete coming up" incident.

Atlanta to be honest needs a bad change as it's one of those "our last good race was 10 years ago" tracks. It might be fun for the drivers but it makes for bad tv, and tv was a major point for the new format.

Well idk why The team owners and drivers wanted AMS not to repave the track but it's ridiculous tbh

Cup Meh.

I feel Like Auto Club will be a good "Report Card" for these Stages.
