World Stock Car Drivers' Division Sign-Ups Thread

To reiterate the topic description, this was approved by Ceej over GOMA TS.
This is an idea for a league I pitched to Tanner and Ben over GOMA TS one summer morning, and have just now gotten it approved.
The premise of this league is a sort of crossover between Formula One and Nations Cup. Teams are represented by nations, who cars are driven by drivers representing their nation. At the end of the season, the two highest performing drivers from each country are selected to compete in a final championship race, and the country that wins, ultimately wins the championship. In other words, the Team Owner's Championship is essentially the championship for the entire series. Races are hosted similar to those of Formula One races, with each race representing a different country as well. Depending on how many entries the league gets, I can either run races via knockout qualifying, or races done similarly to the ARLA race format. The spoilers below will tell you everything you need to know.

So in essence, no real numbers, and no real manufacturers either.

I really hope this three month bump isn't too much of a problem, but is anyone still interested in this?
I'd like to keep NNRCS going, but I honestly think nobody cares enough about that league for me to continue, but I'm still willing to do this. There's plenty of spots open still...
And I also ask because if I recall correctly, on at least one occasion where a league owner bumped a series thread that was three months inactive, a shitstorm engaged. At where it stands, if anyone is interested in this, I hope the bump isn't too much trouble.

Bumping a thread made for your own league shouldn't be a problem, but I'm still interested in this.

Apologies in advance for the necrobump, but this is a thread for my league after all, so I don't foresee an issue.
Would anyone still care to see this league realized? I mean, it is in essence a Nations Cup ripoff, but I'm still interested in this concept and provided I can stay motivated I could do a lot with it.
