Could Not Load Track

I have been having issue with tracks could not load in the game,each track has the arcade,cup.acd in the file and track ini also the the shared folder is good.Please help thanks!

I'm having problems with new Daytona 2014 FSE just released and the Atlanta Motor Speedway 2012 night.

Track Won't Load? Here are the requirements @NRTracks
If you try loading a track in arcade mode with "arcade,cup.acd" (as you have it shown in your request), the track won't load. The correct file name is "arcade.cup.acd" (i.e. a period, not a comma).
How do you know the shared folder is good?
