2014 ToyotaCare 250 @ Richmond

Entry list has some different faces with Ryan Blaney in the #22 and K&N East, and Mexico Series driver Daniel Saurez making his NASCAR National debut in the #20

First practice saw Blaney fastest, from Smith, Bayne, Larson, and Dillon

Second practice saw J. Buescher fastest, from Bayne, C. Buescher, Reed, and Elliott.

Brad Keselowski (not running) swept both races last year, and Chase Elliott is looking for 3 wins in a row.

This also makes Richard Childress Racing' 1000th Nationwide start. The team has 4 Championships (Harvick 2, Bowyer, and A. Dillon) and 66 wins (Harvick 35, Bowyer 8, Jeff Burton 7, Elliott Sadler 4, Earnhardt Jr. 2, Jeff Green 2, Hornaday Jr. 2, Austin Dillon 2, Purvis, Johnny Sauter, Wimmer, Stewart)

K&N East driver.

Brain Scoot won the pole, with Dylan Kwasniewski on his outside. Suarez starts P12...not too shabby. Our other super-sub, Ryan Blaney, starts P3.

40 cars entered, which means no DNQs.

He won the K&N race at Columbus last year, and won the first two K&N East races this year.

Needless to say, he seems to be pretty good.

I forgot he also races in the Mexico series, and he's winning in that too.

He's actually both this, the Blue Ox 100 (K&N East, also at Richmond today), and then flying to Mexico for the Toyota Series.

The fun with Chase Elliott winning was good while it lasted. Back to reality & cuppiewinslol as Kevin Harvick wins.
