Kenny Wallace has said that his brother's team will return to the Nationwide Series with Steve Wallace driving at Richmond. Kenny Wallace confirmed on his Twitter page today that Steve will be racing at Richmond, and that Rusty Wallace Inc. will be the team.

Thoughts? Other than DUCK AND COVER!
