On Chassis:

Chassis is wide open for canonical cars, but you can create your own and enter it, as well. The only rule is that I need to have a copy of the layered template. If you're not interested in making your own template (and I don't blame you) the following cars are already made and are legal for the upcoming season;

On car numbers:

I would prefer you pick 3 digit numbers for one-off cars, with either 3, 4, or 5 as the leading digit, but it's not that strong of a preference.

That being said, number conflicts aren't a problem unless two cars with the same number qualify for the race. For an example of this, there's already been two #49 cars (Karl Hampton IV, Morgan Le Fay) in the 2019 TM Master Cup season so far, but since they've never been entered for/started a race together, that's a non-issue. I will resolve all number conflicts (and possibly reassign numbers if you're unimaginative) however I see fit, but just because someone entered the same number doesn't mean it's a problem. It only becomes an issue if two cars with the same number qualify for the race.
