2017 Championship Auto Racing Series (Sign Up Now!)

BASIC INFO

Back in 2009 I ran a league called the "Championship Auto Racing Series". Well I'm reviving this series with several changes.  This series is designed to be a grass roots stock car series that is a combination of ARCA, the K&N Pro Series and the old Hooters Pro Cup. The series cannon has it stretching back to 1972 and it has a rich history of drivers and tracks. The series will actually be contested of two series, the East Series which runs from as far reaching areas as Toledo, Loudon, and Birmingham, and the West Series which runs such exotic locales as Duluth, Albuquerque, and College Station, Texas. Each series will contest of 12 races each while the season finale will be a combo event at the Pellisippi Speedway in Knoxville, TN.

My goal for this series is to make it a combination of young up and coming development drivers, Weekend Warriors who race for fun and old established veterans who need a place to continue there careers.

RULES

Series will use the CUP90 Mod

Templates will either be from a slightly modified version of Ceej's Cromwell CT15 or any TMLights template.

I'm looking for 26 full time teams and I'll have control over half the teams in each series and maybe about a third of the drivers.

There will be some failboat rides that you can send your failboat drivers to for a race or two. (Aka Fail paydrivers for fail teams)

double and triple digit numbers are allowed (As long as there aren't any triple digit scratch drivers , those are reserved for teams w/ multiple drivers)

I encourage drivers from other series to run a partial schedule when they can. The series has canonically always tried to get big name drivers in their races  as it helps w/ getting butts in the seats.

Ratings

I will use a  nearly identical system identical to FARC's System but with different ratings and and a team but each driver will have four bonuses of either +10 + 5 or -10 to add on to the ratings categories

A - 60-90 (God Teir - You have to meet strict criteria to obtain this rating also no bonus)
B - 50-80
C - 40-60
D - 20-60
F - 5 - 20 (Also driver w/ this rating will have 100-100 Aggression ratings. Teams will have 100-100 Reliability)

You can only obtain an "A Rating" if your driver has had one full season of Racing in any of the major cannon leagues (FARC / TMMC / TML / PCC) Teams are the same. Also, you can not have an A-Rated driver on an A-Rated team.

Same Sponsor restrictions as most series, remember too this is a grassroots league so go for more obscure / smaller sponsors or fictional ones. (I'm ok with regional companies)

Max full time cars per user is four, but you can only have two per series and you cannot , You can have up to ten part time teams!

I do allow joke or fail drivers, but not to the point where they turn into shitposts.
