NEW RACE FORMAT TO BE USED IN THE ISCC

This season the amount of drivers that will race in the series is more than some tracks can handle, for this reason the ISCC officials decided to use a twin-race format at the Premier Division.

System of the weekends:

The field for each race is divided in the amount of races that will be contested. Depending on the event may be two, three or more. Both races will hand the same points of a regular weekend.

RACES WILL BE REALOCATED. MONACO BECOMING A NON-POINTS EVENT

In the same day that the twin-race format was announced, Suzuka and Monaco had their races changed. Monaco will be a non-points race that will be contested after the Round of Belgium. This race will feature the top 12 and the bottom 12 at the standings. The Suzuka race will be realocated to Motegi.

TCI, Inc. (Those Crazy Igorovitches Incorporated) was founded by Grigoriy Igorovitch in 1998, who was 70 at the time. It was first called Igorovitch Autosport, with Grigoriy's two sons racing go-carts in a local league. Igor was 27 at the time, Gyorgy was 21.
The Igorovitch family had lived in Moscow since 1900, and in 1989, they migrated to Miami, Florida. About a month after migrating, daughter Salicia was born. Igor and Gyorgy had been racing stock cars since they were 15, so Salicia started very young. Racing in a youth go-cart league, she met Noé Rainva, a very weird, non-human racer. Nobody really knows what she is.
In 1998, Igor and Gyorgy caught the eyes of many scouts, and the Igorovitch Autosport team joined the PRAC, a 2nd tier racing league. After 4 years in the PRAC, TCI, Inc. went on a hiatus. Igor stated that they needed time to be weird.
Now, in 2014, Igor is 41, and Gyorgy is 35. Salicia and Noé are still racing together (both are 25). Grigoriy (86) is still the owner. They are looking to have a successful season in the ISCC, and will return to it next season.

Also, TCI, Inc. will have substitute drivers for Short Tracks. Instead of Igor and Gyorgy Igorovitch, veteran racers Joe Fanton and Mikhail Lacrosse will race the 35 and 36 cars. Fanton and Lacrosse, who are more skilled at short tracks, will be driving the same cars, and will be qualifying of the races themselves. While the points earned in the races will go toward TCI's team points, the individual drivers' points will not count for the racers championship. For superspeedways, TCI will enter Lacrosse as a third racer, who will drive a car identical to the other TCI cars, sporting #37. He is expected to be a back marker, he is just racing for fun.

DEVELOPMENT SERIES TO BE FOLDED?

Some websites and series offcials are saying that the Developmental Series of the ISCC may be folded before its start, as the lack of funds to do it and the chance of some track organizers reject the series in favor of others.
"We don't know if the IDS may return for a second season, but we know that some issues may force it to fold before 2014 starts." - declared Rick Andrew Philips, CEO of the ISCC.

(OOC: I found out that making two series would be almost impossible with my current time.)

SPEC CAR TO BE USED IN 2015. FIRST TEST WILL BE IN SÃO PAULO.

One of the worst kept secrets in racing is that the ISCC will merge with the American Super Stock Series, the A3S at the end of the season. Because of that, the car will change to a spec chassis for the series. This chassis will be safer and cheaper. Their first test for the new car will be in the brazilian race at São Paulo, later in the season.

I'll ask for the new flats when São Paulo race is closer, so don't worry about making your new car.

AMOUNT OF SUPERSPEEDWAYS WORRY SEVERAL DRIVERS, MOST OF THE WON'T RACE ON ISCC ANYMORE

Today the newly created DARSCA (Drivers's Association for Racing Safety on Stock Cars), gathered the support of several drivers in the ISCC, and some will sit out for the 2014 season, as they say that the cars are unsafe and injuries may happen on some races in this year calendar.
This announcement comes a few days after the ISCC officials unveiled the new spec car to be used in 2015.

There's a list on which drivers may sit out for 2014:

#1 - John Lewis - Great friend of Dale Kittridge, will support his decision
#4 - John Kittridge - Suppoting his brother
#9 - Drew Austin - Concerns about the speed
#11 - Heather Turner - She was injured once and since then doesn't race on ovals
#14 -Jason Blanford - Two years after his Daytona 125 injury, he will give up in 2014
#15 - Francie Davis - With an injury at ZenJoltis, will sit down this season
#18 - Curtis Layne - Supporting his teammate, Jason Blanford
#25 - Donnie Clahoun - Doesn't like the series package for superspeedways
#26 - Jay Jianoran- Sitting down in his last season
#34 - Joshua Hawkins Sr. - Will sit down because don't like the series actual ownership
#39 - Tyrell Westerfield - Since his horrific crash at Rio, announced that could sit down this year
#46 - Keith Batson - He won't race due to his age and the lack of safety on the cars
#53 - Chris Davis- Supporting the decision of his sister
#54 - Maya Kent - Supporting the decision of her best friend, Francie Davis
#59 - Dale Kittridge - Since a injury that sidelined him last year, decided to sit out this season
#78 - Juan Fitzpatrick - Supporting the decision his team owner, Carl Spain. Although he'll be filling the spot for Daniella Irving at the Russia race. (Daniella is the third openly gay driver to race in the ISCC, and as a form of protest, won't race at Russia)
#79 - Andres Sombra - Won't race this season due to conflicts with the series ownership
#80 - Kenny Hackenbracht - The lack of safety in these cars forced him to take this decision
#98 - Brooklyn Kittridge - Supporting her brother and team
#99 - Jade Aganus - Supporting her team leader and friend, Jay Jianoran.

(OOC: I've made this to shake-up the storyline of the series and make it a 42-car series. Two races per weekeend wouldn't be good enough for me to do them.)

Igorovitch Speaks Out On DARSCA

Igor Igorovitch was recently asked what he thought about these cars sitting out for 2014 because of the superspeedways, to which he replied, “I think these guys should stop being wussies and race. If they really wanna sit out, fine, less competition for me!” It is noted that superspeedways are the strong suit of TCI, Inc., so neither Igor or Gyorgy will be sitting out. Also, nothing has changed so far about the TCI cars being driven by Joe Fanton and Mikhail Lacrosse at short tracks. Lacrosse says, “I may be 44, but safety isn't a concern (for me) at these short tracks. I believe everything is perfectly safe in this league.”

G. Igorovitch Ironically Forced to Sit Out First Race

Despite early comments on safety by his brother, Gyorgy Igorovitch has been forced to sit out the first race of the ISCC season, after sustaining an ankle injury during a practice run in which he wrecked. His replacement driver has not been confirmed, but it is rumored that his sister Salicia, who was supposed to be apart of the development league, might drive for him.

Developmental Division returning with a cheaper car.

It was announced today that the ISCC Developmental Division will strt the 2014 season, but this season will happen only in America, with a smaller and cheaper spec car, but they are safer than the one firstly presented on the start of this year.

This is the lineup for the 2014 ISCC Developemental Division Season:

TEAM CHART:

The signups are already closed. The ratings were already sent and I already done the cars.

Well, i'm going to be direct. This season may happen, but if it happens, it will be radically different. Why? My hard drive broke, so I can't use it, and my NR2003 was there, so I also lost all the car files that I had. So I'll have to paint all cars again, and if do it, this series will have a fresh start. All drivers and teams that were signed up are locked, but this issue will postpone the season until I paint all cars again, in both Premier and Developmental Divisions. I'm really sorry about that.

ISCC STOPPING FOR 2014, RETURNING IN 2015. SPEC CAR TO BE USED.

After severe struggles with sponsors and drivers, the ISCC season will be postponed to 2015, with hew ownership and sponsors. The Premier Series will be now named ISCC Major Series presented by Bridgestone, and the Developmental Division will have its name changed to ISCC Rookie Series presented by Bridgestone. The ISCC Major Series will use a streamlined body and the Rookie Series will use an Truck spec body made specially for it.

Since the New Zealand GP was a crashfest, I didn't felt to do a video with more crashes than ARLA at Lake Afton, so here's only the results.

Results
Standings after 1 of 22 races

PENALTIES: #44 - Akio Matsumura (-10 points for multiple intentional and avoidable collisions.)

ISCC - THE RETURN
Hooray!!!!!

I'm going to revive this series after I finish the NDTC 2014 season, which may happen in the next couple of weeks, because I'll have plenty of time, since school will be stopping because of the World Cup.By the way, this is the only reason that I'm liking the World Cup

Signup Chart for Season 2

This will be just like the GRL. All cars have the same chassis, the only thing that change are the colors and numbers. It will be run with the IROC Z28 Mod, the car will be the Omecha M14 (Thanks for doing that template Cynon  Very Happy) for everyone, and it will be unbadged, so no manufacturers

Again, it won't be canon
