Somebody renovate that oval, and lets send some NASCAR guys over to show the Italians some NASCAR style racing!

I remember that in 1961,F1 pulled out an unusual layout which had the cars go on the oval and the main road course at the same time,with cones being the only thing seperating the cars down the main straight.

IIRC, that special layout was also used in 1955, 1956 and 1960.
