EFR Short Oval Challenge Paint Scheme Repository Thread

Post by kensethfan on Tue Jun 06, 2017 4:05 am

Since people are getting their cars ready for the online short track league we're starting up on Thursday, figured I'd set up a repository thread for them. I'll start with my own:

I'll admit, I did have a bit of an alterior motive to setting up this thread -- I know that I've already shown this off several times in the EFR Discord, but I'm just really happy with how this paint scheme turned out and I wanted to show it off. Plus, I thought I'd do something special for my 1,000th post (hooray for pointless milestones!).

I don't think it's a secret to anyone here that I'm gay; I've alluded to that fact several times before. And considering that I already know most of this site's regulars decently well, I doubt there'll be any problem with that. This is my own little way of celebrating Pride Month. It actually says "FUCK MIKE PENCE" on the rear decklid. Laughing

Before anyone points it out, the roof numbers are upside-down on purpose. They're short-track style roof numbers. Wink

I normally try not to clone existing paint schemes when painting in NR, but this one is obviously an exception. Personally I love how it turned out!  Many thanks to Alessandro once again for the FIAM logos and Delta parts.

No. It's the original Kingsford livery that ran in the Busch Series in the late 1990's and early 2000's.

Cool I'm working on 2048 versions of the MLCLM templates, I'll make sure you know when I get the Continental done
