2017 Canadian GP
The first race in North America takes place at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Canada. Let's hope that Lance Stroll doesn't make a complete ass of himself in his home race. Anyways, let's get to some headlines.
Vettel Goes Up 25
For the first time this season, the drivers title has seen the lead extended to a full race. With Vettel's win in Monaco, he has gone up 25 points over rival Lewis Hamilton. Vettel is on pace to win his 5th drivers title and winning will certainly help his cause.
Has Anyone Seen Lewis?
Ah Lewis...you had a rough week to say the least. A 14th place qualifying effort, being passed in practice by a McLaren, losing to Carlos Sainz, and he is now a full race behind Vettel. He did so bad that I felt bad for him (sarcasm in the highest degree). Who knows, maybe Lewis will get going again.
Haas Double Down
For the first time in their brief history, Haas had both cars score points in the same race. While they may not have stolen a large number of points, they still achieved a goal they waited a long time for. Whether or not they fail, Haas F1 has done very well for themselves with very few races under their belt.
Perez: "Where is my Mind?"
Outside of the Button and Wehrlein crash, the comedy show was brought to you by Force India featuring the headlining act, Sergio Perez. Not only did Sergio lose his streak of points finishes, he made himself look completely clueless trying to keep his streak alive, just as Kvyat.

Re: 2017 Canadian GP
Time for the Canadian GP quiz. There are 5 questions this time and some are not easy.
1. Circuit Gilles Villeneuve is obviously named after Gilles Villeneuve. What year did Gilles take his Canadian GP win?
2. The 1991 race seemed like it was going to go Nigel Mansell's way. However, a mechanical issue on the last lap handed victory to which driver?
3. What driver took the groundhog population and dropped it by 1 in 2007?
4. Lewis Hamilton claimed his first victory in Canada in 2007. Can you recall who joined Lewis on the podium in 2007?
5. There are only 5 tracks that have hosted more F1 races than Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, name them.

Re: 2017 Canadian GP
Kinda lackluster with a Mercedes run away, but Vettel v Force India fight, Alonso partying in the stands, and Patrick Stewart being a shoe-in for fun made it good.
