2016 Malaysian GP
F1 heads back to Malaysia for the 16th round of the season. The championship lead as changed hands again with the end coming very soon. Here are some headlines entering Malaysia.
Stroll in the Park
Williams has found their replacement for Felipe Massa with Lance Stroll...oh god help us. For any of you lower F1 fans, you might know that Lance has a lot of money and supposedly likes to spread it around to other drivers. Let's wait and see if he can survive F1.
Toro! Toro!
Over the past few races, the Red Bull team has been more and more competitive with the Silver Arrows. Daniel Riccardo was only .5 seconds away from taking the win at Singapore. While it is too late to beat the Mercedes championship wise, 2017 seems to be looking up as a 2 team race.
Is Kvyat Back?
Over the past few races, Daniil Kvyat has seemed to have had a career rejuvenation. The Toro Rosso driver has been on quite a nice roll once he finally got his head back in to the game. Hopefully he won't get crashy-smashy to finish 2016.

Let's just hope Stroll doesn't become Alex Yoong in 2017.

Stroll has massively improved in F3, but i wouldn't take that an indicator of success.

Lance Stroll is the real deal. He had a pretty poor year in 2015, with a lot of silly crashes, but he's improved massively after getting a race ban. That kind of maturity is rare especially with one so young. He may not be the next Verstappen, but he certainly has the talent to warrant a chance.

Daniel Ricciardo wins!
A thrilling late-race battle with Max Verstappen that puts Hamilton and Rosberg's "battles" to shame; there's clearly real racing respect between these guys.
Rosberg finishes 3rd after barging Raikkonen out of the way, while Hamilton's engine failed while on course for a certain victory. Jolyon Palmer also scored his first point, while Alonso finished 7th after starting last.
A race full of brilliant drives, my race of the year so far.

Race started out crazy, cooled down, and then went crazy again.
Pretty good race (can't decide just yet if it was better than spain), Ricky back on the top is awesome to see and i'm happy for him.

Well darn, I really wish that I would have tuned in for this race! Awesome to hear that Ricciardo is finally back on top of the podium! If I can find a re-run on NBCSN this week then I'll have to check it out and see what I missed.

Also, Sauber was running in the points at one stage for once this season with Marcus Ericsson.
