Did you apply here?
If so, was your driver accepted?
If not, then you need to apply and wait for your driver to be approved.

No, you request for a car here, but you sign up in the Dash Cup Thread.
You have to register a DRIVER with a number there, you pick one of two manufacturers.
And if your driver and number are accepted, then you can request to get a car painted HERE.
