After qualifying in 2nd-place, Christopher Bell brought the #66 Venturini-owned Toyota to victory lane in his very first start in the ARCA Racing Series Presented by Menards. Bell is scheduled to make four more starts throughout the year, including the return to Salem later in the season.

Justin Haley scored a career-best 2nd-place finish, while Dalton Sargeant scored a career-best 3rd in his third start. Kyle Weatherman in 4th and Blake Jones in 5th rounded out the top 5. Tom Hessert in 6th and John Wes Townley (who retains the points lead) in 7th were the last two cars to finish on the lead lap. Brandon Lynn, Matt Kurzejewski, and Brian Keselowski finished in 8th, 9th, and 10th, respectively.

Quoted from a post made by Tyson in the comments section of the event's racing-reference.info page:
Tyson wrote:Brian Keselowski was sitting in good position to win. Had one of the strongest cars, led some laps, but a bad pit call ended his chance at a win. He and Kyle Weatherman stayed out on the last caution to save their last set of tires for a late caution, but it just never happened.

As mentioned above, Kyle Weatherman went on to finish in 4th, while Brian Keselowski rounded out the top 10.
