Cash-strapped Tom Delgado Racing continued to struggle, fresh off DNQ'ing at Mansfield. The #36 Acura driven by Tom Delgado started 39th, and hung around there all race as Delgado complained about engine trouble from the start, and with just a handful of laps to go, the engine finally quit.
"We were terrible all weekend, just glad it's over. We've lost a lot of money from poor performances, and that has hampered our ability to improve the car. I can't see us making it to the end of the season without more sponsorship, costs have been much higher than we could have ever expected" Delgado said with a defeated look on his face.

Ben Atkins irate at Alex Phillips after "oppressing his rights"
Ben Atkins, who managed to scrape together a top 10 run despite a mid-way crash in the race, was still upset with Alex Phillips after Phillips caused Atkins to crash when Atkins was trying to bring the #5, which had a tire issue, into the pit lane. Atkins pit under the caution that was inevitably brought out and managed to not lose a lap. Despite this seemingly being a blessing in disguise, Atkins was still fairly annoyed.
Atkins, when driving the #5 back into the pit lane after the race, flipped off the #71 team, who's car got involved in several more incidents and was damaged, and reportedly yelled out of the window "I'M GLAD YOUR CAR GOT WRECKED AFTER YOU OPPRESSED MY RIGHTS YOU PIECES OF FUCK! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!" before manically laughing and attempting to drive off quickly. Instead, he put too much gas in it and slammed the pit wall. Awkward.
"Yeah, I wanted to pit but that little bitch didn't want me to I guess. I'm glad he wrecked because he oppressed my right to pit. I mean, my motherfucking tire was down! Am I suppose to limp around at 30 mile per ho- actually that sounds kind of fun. Fast paced chicken. Anyway, the point of this is he's a piece of shit."
Ben Atkins now sits 12th in points after a bad string of races and when told this he said this was "bullshit" and called points leader Alina Lazareva "a faggot" and when asked why he should have the points lead he said "Seriously you guys have just wrote that in without me saying that?"

Pausington has quiet bumpy race
Alex Pausington quietly finished in the top 15 after saving fuel, but Pausington was all but quiet in his interview. The 27 year old Canadian was out spoken, calling the track undrivable due to two bumps in turn 8 and turn 4. Pausington went on to say that he felt he had to go slower then other drivers just to avoid screwing up his car on the bumps and that is part of the reason he was able to make it on fuel mileage. Pausington will be back in action next week at Eightbowl.

I've been lazy with stuff lately. I have both Eight Bowl and Estoril run. Eight Bowl is currently sitting in Sony Vegas hell, and I haven't even touched Estoril yet. Hoping to get those taken care of sometime this week if I'm lucky.
