2015 United States GP

Post by kensethfan on Sun Oct 25, 2015 6:12 pm

This race ended a few hours ago and I don't see a thread for it, so here you go.

I didn't catch very much of this race, so I don't have anything to say really. Insert your own commentary. Very Happy

This race was incredible. Mostly fair, hard racing throughout the entire event.

Red Bull took the fight to Mercedes, Mercedes battled with Red Bull...

Vettel and Toro Rosso rose to the occasion, Button proved he's a match for Alonso even on Alonso's terms...

COTA providing the best race of the season? Never thought I'd say that before.

Seriously thrilling race.

Props to Rossi, he looked really quick out there!

I wanted Verstappen to get the podium so bad. I also wanted Rossi to get points as well. Those two are impressive.

Despite Mercedes winning, the race was fun.

Verstappen has a huge future ahead of him if he keeps doing what he's doing. He's seriously very good.

Absolutely amazing race, although it was extremely bittersweet given that all my favourite drivers ate shit at some point. Hopefully Mexico will be just as good, but with a reversal of fortunes...

Rossi had the run of his life at COTA. I wish so badly he could've gotten Manor some points for America on his home turf. I was also somewhat disappointed that Verstappen couldn't get the podium, he looked bad fast. This is a rare occasion where Hamilton winning and Rosberg fucking up doesn't bother me because the race was off the wall insanity.
