2015 Ratings + Due Dates

This package applies to all 4 FARC touring series. Anybody operating a minor league under the FARC American Short Trackers banner is free to use this package or come up with their own.

In NASCAR Racing 2003 Season, each AI car has a set of ratings that determines its competitiveness in multiple categories.

The ratings that people are to send in are divided into the following sections:

Ratings Sections:

All pit crews will be rated 0-100 in everything except Strategy, which will be 80-100.

For each section, you will submit ratings of 3, 6, 9, and 12. These are the numbers added to the base rating in each section. If you do not send me ratings, you will default to the base ratings with no modifications, which will be a slight disadvantage.

For example, you should send ratings like this:

Aggression 6
Consistency 12
Finishing 3
Qualifying 9

And so on until all three sections are filled. I will not accept ratings that are done incorrectly.

Cars for the Elite and Super Series will be due February 1, 2015. Modifieds are due April 8, and Trucks still need to be determined. I will only accept in-game car files (preferably GNS physics, because all 4 series will use those, but I have a car converter for all other physics types) or images in .tga (Targa) format. You may not change your ratings after your driver has started their first race.

Ratings class assignments for all drivers and teams in all four FARC touring series are listed in the spoilers below, organized alphabetically by first name. Drivers and teams will remain in the same class regardless of the series that they participate in.

Ratings class assignments have been completed for the Elite and Super Series teams and drivers. Modifieds and Trucks will be done later.

Ratings class assignments have been completed for all teams and drivers in all four FARC touring series. Please let me know if I missed your entry, as there were a lot of names to go through.

Friendly reminder: All cars for the Elite and Super Series races at Texas World are due before I get home from work on Monday, February 2, roughly 6:00 AM Central

If I have team ratings and/or car skins, your entry is safely in. It is the responsibility of the team owners to get their entries in.

Reminder: today is the last day for FARC Modified stuff. I have all but one car at this point, so expect the first race to be run as soon as this weekend barring any major changes.

Cars and ratings for the FARC Truck Series are to be submitted to myself (via PM). Apologies for the extensive delay in beginning the season, but I am assuming that most trucks have been painted at this point. Therefore, the tentative deadline will be next Wednesday, June 10. If you know that you will not be able to submit trucks/ratings by that date, then feel free to let me know; I am entirely willing extend the deadline.

In addition to trucks and ratings, I would prefer that everyone either submit schedules for part-time entries, or let me know that the entry is full-time. You may do so by stating the specific racetracks where you want your part-time team to compete, seeing as the order of the season schedule is still very much tentative. If you really want, you can put your truck in a TBA race, but you may also modify your part-time schedule at any point, including after I confirm more tracks to the schedule.

Part-timers can race in as many as 11 of the 12 events. I would prefer that as many trucks as possible compete at Raceway Park and Salem Speedway.

There are two drivers and one team that have not yet been given ratings classes. I will leave these up to Ceej to assign:

- Kyle Pitts
- Tanner Smith
- In the Pitts Racing

The deadline shall be extended. I feel that there is little need to set a specific date for now, as long as I receive ratings, cars, and schedules from participants as soon as conveniently possible. I hope to receive these soon, and I will give fair warning before I begin running the season.

I have not received any trucks since June, and have no word from anyone who hasn't submitted them as to whether or not they intend to. I still desire to run the season and am looking forward to doing so, but I simply haven't received any cars to run the races. I would greatly appreciate if I were to receive updates on your entries! I would be glad to accept any requests, as well, for those who cannot paint or simply do not have the time to do so. Smile
