Ring of Fire: Pacific Rim Championship

BACKSTORY
In January of 2015, race promoter Bill Brigadier and his associates announced that he had bought out the floundering Pacific Stock Car Association. He then announced plans to fold the PSCA and take its assets and form a new series to be announced later this year.
Now the time has come for Brigadier and his associates to announce his plans for the new series called the Ring of Fire: Pacific Rim Championship, with the name being based on the Ring of Fire. The championship will be a battle of stock cars racing around tracks starting from the west coast of the United States to Japan, to the Philippines, to Australia, to New Zealand, to Mexico, and finally with the championship finale back in the west coast of the US.

7. Ring Around Sandown - Sandown Raceway - Melbourne, Australia
8. Ring Around Pukekohe - Pukekohe Park Raceway - Pukekohe, New Zealand
9. Ring Around Mexico City - Autodromo Ciudad de Mexico - Mexico City, Mexico
10. Alvelo Pacific Rim Championship @ Laguna Seca - Lenard Raceway Laguna Seca - Monterey, USA (ONE OFF EVENT)
NOTES
- Each user is allowed up to 3 full or part-time rides. You can have up to 5 drivers drive in one ride in a single season. Each user will also be allowed to enter up to 2 separate one-off drivers for Laguna Seca.
- Sponsorship restrictions and stuff apply here and the cars in this series can have fictional and/or real world sponsors on them.
- There will be 24 full-time spots and 8 part-time spots. Part-time drivers are allowed to enter as many as 5 races this season including attempting the race at Laguna Seca.
- This series will use the PWF GNS mod and use some old TM templates which can be found here with the contingencies. If you want to use another template make sure it works for this mod.
- I would encourage teams to be based from the countries around the Pacific Rim (US, Japan, Australia, etc.) but I will accept most foreign team entries.
- Minimum driver age is 15
- The top 18 in points will be locked in to the race at Laguna Seca while the remaining drivers will battle for the last 10 spots in a qualifying race
- RATINGS SYSTEM:
- As is for the majority of leagues on this forum, ratings will be assigned to your drivers and cars.
Here are the base ratings for the minimum and the maximum before we increase and decrease them:
Class A: 50-75 (pretty much everyone)
Class F: 20-40 (pay/fail drivers)
Depending on what type of driver your driver is, the base ratings will be applied to every section as seen below. Then, in each section you will apply either a +5, +10, 0, or -5 to the minimum and maximum of the individual ratings
