Brian Rose in trouble for wire and mail fraud

Not the first time Rose has been in it with the law.

In 2003 he raced in two races before being suspended by NASCAR for failing to take a drug test; this followed an arrest that included charges for possession of marijuana and a handgun.[2]

And he's not the only one to get in trouble this week!

I saw Jeremy Mayfield last weekend when I was at my home track (Wall Stadium) for the Turkey Derby. He just flat out embarrassed himself on the track. He didn't wasn't even close to making it into the show in the Tour Modified division, and the only reason he made it into the SK Mod race (same exact car, just has less power) was because the fans voted him in. I thought he'd be able to run mid-pack at best, but boy, was I wrong. Hearing this happen just makes it even worse for Mayfield.
