2014 Brazilian Grand Prix - Formula 1

As well as the Top-3 NASCAR Leagues, the 2014 FIA Formula 1 World Championship also heads into it's penultimate season at the Autódromo José Carlos Pace in Interlagos, Brazil for the running of the Brazilian Grand Prix. As far as the title race is concerned, Nico Rosberg lays 24 points in 2nd place behind his Mercedes teammate Lewis Hamilton. Luckily for Rosberg, the last race of the Season in Abu Dhabi is a double points race, because if it wasn't, Hamilton could've very likely been able to clinch the title this weekend. This is also the home race for Felipe Massa, Brazil's local hero. Can he pull off a great run in a much more competitive car? We'll soon find out this weekend.

This will be interesting, especially considering the weather conditions in Japan last month and what happened. If it ends up raining, it wouldn't surprise me if the FIA does pace laps only on Sunday, at the outrage of many

So no Russkie, no Geido in the Guardrails, no Simonaaaaa and no Guttierez Guttierez... I thought Dauber couldn't possibly come up with a more boring driver lineup than this year, but I was wrong.

The 2015 F1 provisional entry list has been released. All eleven teams are listed, including Caterham and Marussia. Marussia will be rebranded to Manor, and will now be a British team instead of Russian. Caterham is listed as CF1 Caterham, but is still listed as a Malaysian team.

Marussia has stopped trading. They were hoping to get funding today, but, it didn't happen.

Max Verstappen has been pretty quick so far this weekend, setting the 6th fastest time in FP1.

What grid are you reading off? 6th-10th is: VET, MAG, ALO, RIC, RAI.

Rosberg keeping the title fight alive, he needed the mental victory last week but getting it today helps as well.

Despite retiring, Ricciardo has clinched third in the Drivers' Championship.
