THE RULES

For each of the three categories, submit 3, 6, 9, and 12. (remember: do not send team ratings if you do not own the team) These numbers are the amount added to each base rating (both MIN and MAX), and each number may only be used once in each category. Alternatively, you can stick with the base ratings without adding anything, but let me know it, if not, you'll be out into Class F.

The same ratings are to apply to the character and team (the exception for team ratings being engines and restrictions such as full-time Trucks) across all PART series. Sending different sets of ratings for a character and/or team competing in multiple series authorizes me to pick one set of ratings and apply it to the other entries.

All pit crews are rated 80-100.

Car files and skins are to be submitted via GOMA TeamSpeak or in a PM. For convenience, I prefer that people send me rated .car files, any physics will do because I have a car converter. Targa files (.tga) are okay too. I will not accept anything else, and I have the right to reject any paint scheme.

You cannot change ratings after the character's first race has been run.

Team/Driver/Painting Information & Tools:
In the Racing Series Chassis may only be used by one team. Teams without manufacturer backing are to use the Cromwell or the Duncan spec car.
The Cromwell and the Duncan are obligatory to all All-Pro Series teams.

The PART Season will feature a split weekend system in 2017, especifically for the Eurasian Tour and National Short Track Series. Not all teams will participate in those races, because of the distance barrier, so you will decide if you'll take part in which of the tours. Both tours will pay full race points.

The minimum age for drivers is 16. For the sake of realism, I'm going to ask that team owners have to be at least 25 years old.

One week to send ratings, with the flats I'm not too worried. If you're not able to send them by any reasons, I'll make them for you

3 days remaining for ratings. If in 3 days I don't get your ratings, your cars will not start at Daytona.

Sorry to say, no way I'll be able to send in anything tomorrow or Saturday.  All of my free time is pretty much gone until Sunday night due to school, work, and other real life commitments.  I can try to get in ratings at least, but most likely just plan on them not starting the first race or two.

If I know it right, The Racing Team is fail, so their ratings and car would be okay,if you agree with that.

Spoiler:
Sean Cáo elated over his first career victory, as Daniel and Jessica Yán get 4th and 7th after the penalty to Emma Yán and major failure of Jerry Yán on lap 2. Emma Yán plans on appealing time penalty calling it "nonsense".

"I cant believe it! In my first career start, I win. The #4 and #40 were so much better then us and to be able to get a win like that, that was amazing. I hope the rest of the season goes as well as today did." - Sean Cáo

"First start, first top 5. No complaints here. So happy we were able to show that our team, as underfunded as we are, can run competitively." - Daniel Yán

"Just like Daniel, I have no issues with how our day went. Congrats to Sean, he drove a good race and did the right strategy at the end there." - Jessica Yán

"To think I wrecked the #2 on purpose is just complete nonsense. That has got to be one of the dumbest calls ever made in the history of racing. We were avoiding a wreck and then Lucia decides to cut down in front of me, so yeah I'm going to hold my line, but then I get the penalty cause she decided to be an idiot? That's ****ing ******** and it cost us a top 10 day. You can be assured the APRS officials will be hearing from me." - Emma Yán

"Well...leading a lap and then spinning out the next one and causing a massive stack up, isn't exactly how I wanted my day to go, but at least I can learn from this and move on to the next week." - Jerry Yán

Autosport France has mediocre day, vows to make improvement

Autosport France, a two car team for frenchies, had a bad day in at Sebring. Vallee involved in a incident at the beginning and never recovered. Pellerin's car was also involved in a wreck, and like her teammate was stuck in the back. The team hopefully will improve at Daytona

Spoiler:
Sean Cao brings home 6th place, after Sebring victory, the only Yan Motorsports car in the top 10. Emma Yan, who made headlines due to trying to appeal Sebring penalty, flips out both literally and figuratively

"Nothing says solid day, like bring home a 6th place finish after winning. I made my move too early, but hey we survived the wreckfest of Daytona I can't be too disappointed. Just wish my teammates had a better day, I heard Emma is the first flip of the season. I'm sure after what happened to her last race, that's the last thing she wanted. I haven't seen my teammates yet so I don't know, but overall good day for this team." - Sean Cao

Emma Yan was heard cursing over the radio after the wreck happened:

"****ing idiots in the back here, holding me up, I was trying to go through and you all just saw what happened. ****!"

Autosport France appealing to race stewards to DQ Jason Evans.

The French team of Rebecca Pellerin and Pascal Vallee are furious with the lack of lap car awareness in the race, especially the 22 of Jason Evans.

Spokesperson : We are not letting this defeat be the end of us *hon hon*. The 22 wrecked BOTH of our cars like it was intentional, and cost us a SURE WIN!!!! We may be frenchies but we still fight like our famous leader Napoleon!!! VIVRE LA REVOLUTION FRANCAISE!

Spoiler:
Autosport France has disastrous race 1

Both Autosport France cars of Rebecca Pellerin and Pascal Vallee were ping-pong balls during the race 1 event, the got hit by everything and anything.
Pellerin : Really a shame to our team about today, but people can't drive here they're all retards!!!

Autosport France innocent victims in race 2, team calls out the rest of the garage.

Team president : This is getting ridiculous!!! Our two cars have been punching bags, for the 2nd straight race, it's a F****** disgrace, WE ARE HERE TO RACE, NOT DEMO DERBY, but these retards have no brains so you can't do anything about it I guess, four wrecked race cars in 2 RACES BECAUSE OF STUPIDITY IS SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. If in the next couple of races, we wreck someone, you'll know why!

Pellerin : Whoever drives the 52 should be banned, just because he raced some sim games, doesn't = success! Top 10 is not what we needed, we need wins!

Naomi Alnako, at 9:00 pm on February 23, was brung into the Cayce Hospital in critical condition after suffering multiple hard hits in both races at Columbia. Team owner and National Dirt Trucks racer Alex Constantine stated, "Alnako is very crippled because of those 2 hits. We should not have let her into the car for the reverse grid race. She will not be able to be in the car for Road Atlanta." The 196 Nintendo Nemoto will be driven by ASCC driver and part time National Dirt Trucks driver Timmy Welsch.

The wreck was at slow speed, and as I said earlier, I've ran all races up to VIR.

Race 4 - Braselton

Spoiler:
Any more incidents will be result in hefty penalties

Right after the conclusion of the Georgia 120K, one of the APRS lead race directors, Krystine Addison called a press conference:

"The incidents that we're having in the start of the season are just ridiculous, if people just stop being retardeds we can handle this in a lighter way, but if we continue to have these silly incidents, the derivers involved will start to receuibe some really costly penalties or even suspensions from races or exclusion of the results, since the ATPs aren't working anymore."

Jason Evans to be kept on the results for the Cooper Tires Daytona 200

Autosport France's appeal after the Cooper Tires Daytona 200 was not accepted and Jason Evans will be kept in the results for that race, as the decision from the officials was going to be announced after the conclusion of the Georgia 120K at Road Atlanta.
The officials deem that the contact was not intentional, but will keep Jason Evans under probation until the conclusion of the Vegas Clash atthe Las Vegas Autoring.

Race one here at Road Atlanta, Autosport France has finally something to enjoy after their really lackluster year so far, Rebecca Pellerin celebrates her first top 5 in APRS, while Pascal Vallee was fuming after the race.

The 88 driver : This is getting ridiculous, we are really, but sadly idiots wrecked our beautiful car, IF YOU CAN'T RACE IN THE RAIN WITHOUT WRECKING IN THE FIRST LAP. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF! *hon hon*

Spoiler:
Autosport France celebrates 4th place, Vallee rips Reverse format.

Autosport France had something to smile about today, after young rookie Rebecca Pellerin finished 4th after leading most of the race. The 27 is now 4th in the points standings

Pellerin : Car lost grip at the end, top 5 is great since we get more points than the leader.

Pascal Vallee is still having a miserable season, he got involved in a wreck with the 33 team, killing his car. He had some choice words after pulling to the garage during the interview.

Vallee : Shitty result, reverse races are stupid, backmarkers are in the back for a reason... We got screwed by a backmarker, jesum de la vie!
