2014 World Cup

Post by Milan655 on Wed Jun 11, 2014 10:36 am

Brazil kick off against Croatia tomorrow, Italy play England this Saturday and the USA play Ghana next Monday.

Meanwhile, in the run up to this Saturday's match the Daily Mail have been spewing out this rubbish!

Now is the time to finally get back into Football for me, probably because I had been waiting for the World Cup to come around to get back in it.

For the US, getting out of the group of death would mean a successful World Cup. Not for me. Let's make history, boys.

They already made history here in 1950 when they had a upset win over England. So maybe they can survive.

Yup, but is normal time for soccer games at wednesdays.

The problem will be the games at 1 to 4 pm. It will be really bad, for any team to play on those conditions. Normally at this time of the year the temperature is around 77º to 104º F. Especially in the stadiums that will have matches at those times.

I honestly think if Croatia didn't have a chance or two taken away from them, that match could've at least bee a draw.

It is currently now half-time at the Germany vs Portugal game. Germany are wining 3-0, and one of Portugal's Defenders Pepe was sent off for assault on Thomas Müller after pulling him down.

Now 4-0. One of two things will happen when Portugal play the USA...

1. Portugal plays with a chip on their shoulder, all pissed off about Germany destroying them, and they destroy the US Sad

2. Portugal plays as if they've already been eliminated, dogs it completely, and the USA come away with the victory. Very Happy

Iran and Nigeria gave you that wish, 0-0 between both of them.

Up next is Ghana vs the United States, lets see how this goes and hopefully the Stars and Stripes beat their first hurdle in the World Cup

And Belgium have just beat Algeria 2-1, also considering they were down 1-0 at for most of the first half before equalising soon before half-time.
