2014 VFW Sports Clips Help A Hero 200 @ Darlington - Nationwide Series

Kyle Busch will start on the pole on what will be a very anonymous race tonight at the Lady In Black called Darlington Raceway.

This race is obviously going to be tough on the rookies, but I see Chase Elliott being at least a little strong. I say either Regan Smith or Kyle Busch for the win.

I knew Chase Elliott would have some confidence going into this race fresh off a win from last weekend, but the fact that he's leading...this early in the race...in his first race at Darlington, and pulling away, is something else. I had no idea Chase had this much potential, and I don't think Kyle Larson is even in the top 5.


Boy, did Dylan really make a fool out of himself? Trying to pass Chris was a rookie mistake. Dylan trying to run him over and take another driver out was just plain dumb.

Not sure what Dylan was trying to achieve, but it was still dumb none-the-less.

I think Kyle Busch was a little impressed with that. Chase Elliot did an awesome job.

I think the last time a Nationwide regular won two in a row was Kyle Busch in 2004.

Anyway, Chase is proving why he's going to be in Gordon's seat after he retires.

Not only that, but it's his first two wins back-to-back. Pretty impressive.

If there's anyone that's the favorite to get kicked out of a ride mid-season, it's Dakoda Armstrong. I have no idea what RPM was thinking, deciding to hire him.

I'd imagine Chase has a strong shot unless some other team gives him an offer he can't refuse before Gordon retires. That said, I have a feeling Hendrick will replace him with a more established driver, but given the resurgence in rookies recently (Stenhouse, Annett, Allgaier, Dillon, Kilgerman, Whitt, Truex, Bowman, etc.) I might be wrong.

With how much money Turner lost, and his gaining from Kwasnieski, I really don't think he would care.
