I need help (I'm a n00b)

how do you make an nr2003 race into a video? Any help is much appreciated!

You need Fraps, for starters, to capture video clips.

ok, I have fraps, but outside of that I really have no idea. I'm not sure if I'll do commentary though.

When you run the race, after it's done click the Save Replay icon (looks like a floppy disk) and name it whatever. Then go into the replay studio with Fraps open and record. Also, don't forget to export results as well.

After you have all of your clips, take them into a video editor like Sony Vegas or WMM, edit them to your liking, and voila.

They are other capturing programs out there such as DxTory and XSplit.

If you computer can't handle recording programs, a REALLY good camera can do similar. Only as long as it's stationary and there is no glare on the screen.

So, in simplest form, the in-game replay studio is where I get the clips, and all the additional graphic things are added in Sony Vegas or whatever?
