I think I have to go with the consensus, 279 is the best of the bunch due to the humor involved.

Hate to be "that guy" but what are the jokes behind the #098 and the #690?

The #690 is because the Brazilians at Ragnarok (i'm brazilian but I don't do this kind of s****) Always did these things saying:

Literally destroyed the game
Gibe Moni Plos: Gimme Money please
I report you
They common laugh is huehuehue
And when the situation was really bad, they started to ask if you were brazilian (BR?), if not they started to curse you with all sorts of portuguese words.
Now BR is literally a scold on online gaming

EDIT: My problem with the brazilians that did these things, is that they screwed all the brazilian stereotypes, just like Simpsons did in the "Blame it on Lisa'' episode (although some things are true, but really a small part of it). That Simpsons episode is permanently banned from here, it was shown only two times.

098 is reference to Hulk Hogan's pronunciation of Yappapi, it's from a promo of a Yappapi Strap match between him and Flair during the late 80's in WWF.

THAT 185 CAR. YOU DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO MAKE IT SUBTLE!

I THOUGHT WE HAD SOMETHING SPECIAL, TANNER! SOMETHING WE COULD CALL OUR OWN!

THAT'S IT. THE DAMAGE IS DONE. WE'RE THROUGH!  Crying or Very sad

The "Yappapai Indian Strap Match" came about during the horrendousness that was WCW 2000.
